ABOUT THE PROGRAM
When held in check, a leader’s ego can help with self-confidence and allow them to play to their strengths. However, leaders with an overactive ego can negatively affect those around them. They often struggle to adapt to new circumstances, put their own agenda first, seek to control situations, create a blame culture, and stunt the growth and potential of others. This highly provocative workshop explores how replacing ego with humble and curious leadership creates a space for others to learn grow and flourish. You will discover leadership is a lot easier when maximising the strengths of others, convert their fears into positive momentum and work collectively for greater results in the new world of work.

How will your 2-days with me will look:
Day 1 Leave your Ego at the Door:
Understanding the new operating context and mindset required tolead within it is the focus for this session. Participants understand what leading ego-less looks likeand their readiness for navigating the new world of work successfully. A deep dive into individual change agility and blockers to adopting a purpose-led approach is explored and evolved. Learning to embrace failure and move to a learning mindset for competitive advantage is also a key outcome.
Day 2 The Empowered Workplace:
In this session, participants move from “I” to “We” and are supported in the direct application of egoless leader skills to the broader team and organisation.
Core skill areas include building collective agility and growth, enabling radical collaboration, leading with empathy, and empowering teams for sustained high performance.
